JOB DUCK IS HIRING A TECHNICAL WRITER

The Business Process Analyst gathers information on daytoday business operations and presents this information in a way that is understandable, educational, and clarifying. They generate creative and innovative ideas for content, as well as documents related to business processes. They also facilitate knowledge dissemination, by making sure to balance technical clarity with the need for broad comprehension and reader engagement. Their responsibilities include process mapping, policy creation, and documenting best practices. Through applying process analysis methods, they assist in generating ideas for departmental and companywide workflow improvements.



Monthly compensation 900 USD

Pay is determined by experience and education.



Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following



Researching and analyzing information for developing and updating policies, procedures, and formal documentation in line with company standards.

Identifying the most effective and coherent method of presenting written information to maximize reader understanding.

Ensuring the accuracy of process documentation and applying realtime changes requested by the assigned department.

Creating new policies and procedures that align seamlessly with the company style and guidelines.

Employ various and versatile research and process mapping techniques to accurately capture and represent business processes.

Review technical material for consistency and accuracy, suggest and apply necessary improvements and changes.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.

Facilitate and guide best practices in calendaring, software use, and formal communication.

Facilitating departmental meetings and interdepartmental communication.

Calendar structural events in departmental calendars.

Requirements



Proficiency in English at an advanced or native level C1 or C2.

Excellent written and verbal skills in English.

At least six months of experience as a technical writer.

Proficiency in process mapping and analysis techniques.

Ability to manage collaboration with crossfunctional teams to design solutions that address business needs.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
