Your Mission As a Technical Trainer , you’ll deliver world-class training programs that inspire and enable professionals to master the ServiceNow platform. Working within our SkillNow Training Center , you’ll design, deliver, and refine training content to help individuals seamlessly transition from the classroom to real-world production environments. What You’ll Do Deliver Expert Training Lead interactive and engaging technical training sessions on ServiceNow products across various formats (onsite, remote, or hybrid). Tailor content to meet the needs of technical professionals at different levels of expertise. Design & Develop Training Content Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, refine, and enhance training materials, curricula, and certification paths. Ensure content aligns with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and real-world use cases. Monitor & Support Trainee Success Track trainee progress and provide actionable feedback to ensure skill mastery. Help learners confidently transition into production environments, enabling them to deliver tangible results. Stay Ahead of the Curve Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow products, trends, and industry advancements to continually improve training programs. Collaborate to Drive Results Partner with the Director of Delivery and Director of Operations to integrate training into seamless production workflows, ensuring long-term success. What You Bring to the Table Certifications & Technical Expertise ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIP) , plus certifications in at least 3 areas (e.g., CSA, ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, ITAM, CAD, SecOps, HRSD). Strong proficiency in ServiceNow products like ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and ITAM. Experience with web technologies, including HTML , CSS , and JavaScript . Training Experience & Skills At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Trainer, delivering high-impact training in tech environments. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Skilled in leveraging tools like video conferencing platforms , training software , and Agile SDLC processes .
