About the role
We are seeking a Technical Support and Training Specialist based in the LATAM region who will provide technical support and conduct training sessions in Spanish. Job Description
Technical Support Provide highlevel technical assistance and support to our clients in LATAM
Training Deliver indepth training sessions, both online and onsite, in Spanish for partners and internal teams
Customer Satisfaction Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
Collaboration Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and insights from customers in the region and with the international team
Testing our software with various mobile phones
Documentation Create and maintain training materials, FAQs, and user guides in
Requirements
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Based in LATAM region
Knowledge of mobile phones, with experience in rooting or jailbreaking as a plus
Knowledge of Windows and experience with driver installation
Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
Attention to detail, diligence, and enthusiasm
