s an Associate Product Engineer (APE) for the B2C Team, you will play an essential role in supporting our customers by providing recommendations, processing purchase orders (POs), and answering basic product-related questions.
You will work closely with the rest of the team, participate in training sessions to build a strong foundation of technical knowledge while assisting with administrative tasks.
hile maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, you will respond promptly, and within the company's Service Level Agreement (SLA).
While providing support, you will utilize up-selling and cross-selling to promote Progressive Automations products.
our primary responsibilities revolve around responding to customer inquiries by providing general product information available on our website, or in product documentation.
You will recommend appropriate electric linear actuators and/or control systems based on customer requirements.
Your tasks include, but are not limited to, processing purchase orders (POs), supporting the team with administrative tasks and directing customers to appropriate resources for more complex technical questions.
he APE may collaborate closely with colleagues as necessary, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment.
Documenting and communicating website, datasheet and product issues to the B2C Manager will show strong attention to detail.

equired Skills and Experience.
iploma in Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
revious experience in a technical product engineering role, customer support, client services, sales or a related field.
asic understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
xperience with linear motion, actuators, control systems or DC motors is considered an asset.
bility to stay calm and de-escalate when customers are stressed or upset.
trong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
