TECHNICAL APPLICATION SPECIALIST, SR

The Technical Application Specialist identifies and troubleshoots technical issues related to Vision ERP software, providing ongoing technical support to our customers in the Automotive parts field and acting as a direct resource for our customers.
What you will be doing.
Acquire and maintain current knowledge of Vision ERP software.
Provide software and hardware support for existing customers.
Confers with customers via phone, email, or chat to diagnose technical and/or system problem troubleshoot, repair and test solutions.
Fully documents and escalates if necessary.
Follows procedures to troubleshoot client-server software application issues.
Stays up-to-date with software updates and/or changes to be able to provide timely and accurate solutions to customers.
Contributes and uses department's knowledge base articles and FAQ's.
What you will likely bring.
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) At least 2 years experience in Service Support.
Understanding of ERP software Good knowledge of Microsoft Office365.
Knowledge of Inventory Management Software will be an asset.
Experience with documenting procedures.
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
Familiarity with Windows server and desktop environment.
Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.

Knowledge of Unidata PICK database, ERP applications or analytical tools.
Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail or distribution business processes.
Database administration, installation and configuration experience.
Business travel may be required.
Ability to work all available shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
