Application Support Team Leader Únete a nuestro equipo como Líder de Equipo de Soporte Tecnológico de Aplicaciones y juega un papel crucial en mantener operativas y optimizadas todas las aplicaciones de nuestra compañía.
Tu misión será asegurar la continuidad del negocio, implementando correcciones y mejoras tecnológicas, y proporcionando soluciones raíz a los problemas detectados.
Responsabilidades.
Mantener en funcionamiento todas las aplicaciones de la compañía, garantizando la continuidad del negocio.
Implementar correcciones y mejoras en las aplicaciones, aportando soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras.
Proporcionar soporte a la operación diaria del negocio y en los cierres de mes.
Coordinar las actividades técnicas y administrativas del personal externo a cargo.
Apoyar en auditorías externas e internas del área.
Documentar los procesos de cierre diario y mensual para asegurar el soporte de las aplicaciones productivas.
Revisar, atender y asignar incidentes en el portal de Manage Engine, documentando cada caso para identificar la causa raíz.
Administrar las aplicaciones de operación tecnológica en la organización, garantizando soporte y sustentabilidad en las operaciones del negocio.
Requisitos.
Inglés avanzado.
Conocimiento de las plataformas Windows.
Experiencia en desarrollo y mantenimiento de sistemas en lenguajes como.
et, Java, MVC, y C#.
Conocimiento del ciclo de vida del Software.
Formación académica en una carrera relacionada.
