Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retentions specialists.
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions.
Set performance goals and provide feedback to team members.
Develop and implement strategies to retain customers.
Analyse customer data to identify trends and potential issues.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Handle escalated customer retention issues.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
Implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Track team performance and key metrics.
Prepare and present reports on retention activities and results.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you.
Have a matric certificate Proficient in English articulation and comprehension, both written and spoken Proven track record of high performance NA account and is able to work a 24 hour rotational shift.
Have a minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Deputy Team Leader Have excellent communication and listening skills  Have the ability to identify problems and find solutions by imparting knowledge Have analytical, time management and organisation skills Are PC literate with fast typing skills and experience using appropriate software and systems Have clear credit, disciplinary and criminal records Experience the best version of you!
