Key Responsibilities.
As a Talent & Development (T&D) Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in enhancing and optimizing our talent and development systems and processes.
Your main responsibilities include.
Supporting the release management process for our cloud-based global talent & development platforms.
Evaluating existing T&D systems, recommending enhancements, and implementing new technologies to support global learning initiatives.
Collaborating with business collaborators to deploy new functionalities and assess their impact on end users.
Essential Skills & Experience.
We are seeking candidates with.
Over 5 years of experience as a business analyst with expertise in HR technology implementations.
Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to drive projects from inception to implementation.
Exceptional communication and social skills to engage and collaborate with partners at all organizational levels.
Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Desirable Skills & Experience.
Experience with HRIS systems/platforms (e.
., Workday).
Knowledge of robotic/process automation.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
