Responsibilities The Opportunity Join our newly formed People Experience & Operations Global Solution Design Team at PepsiCo! This dynamic role is ideal for those passionate about driving innovation in a complex, global organization.
You will play a crucial part in deploying cutting-edge technology and solutions across a range of initiatives, including Performance & Development, Succession Planning, Leadership Surveys, Culture & Engagement, Organizational Modeling, and more.
As part of our Talent Management processes, you will ensure that all implemented solutions meet business requirements while aligning with PepsiCo’s global standards.
You’ll work closely with local sector and country solutions, collaborating under the guidance of a People Experience & Ops Manager, while enjoying the autonomy to organize and deliver your work effectively.
Your expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, combined with your experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and talent management, will be essential in driving operational excellence.
Your Impact In your role as a Global Systems & Platforms expert, you will.
Enhance Existing Systems.
Make strategic recommendations on platforms like SuccessFactors, Gloat, and OrgVue to improve processes and drive efficiency.
Configuration Management.
Execute baseline configuration updates and support necessary updates with each application release.
Identify New Functionalities.
Discover and implement new features to enhance system capabilities.
Engagement and Collaboration.
Participate in User Council sessions and build strong relationships with Learning Tech Admin teams.
Problem Solving.
Navigate ambiguous situations with ease, anticipating issues and escalating when necessary.
Holistic Management.
Keep a big-picture perspective while managing day-to-day tasks and long-term objectives.
Implement Solutions.
Deliver new solutions aligned with Talent Management business needs and digital strategy.
Support Organizational Tools.
Oversee Tier 1 processes within OrgVue and Nomination Eligibility Technology, ensuring seamless functionality and governance.
Lead Annual Updates.
Spearhead yearly system process updates, such as the annual performance cycle.
Collaborate Effectively.
Work with diverse internal and external teams to meet project goals within budget and timeline.

3-5+ years experience in Talent Management systems including configuration, security and baseline changes.
3-5+ years of experience in Talent Managementimplementations/HRIT preferred Experience responding to inquiries, change requests and complex system changes in a fast-paced environment Experience recommending solutions that enable a positive user experience Experience supporting efforts to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutions that balance local requirements with global process decisions Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems Ability to creatively design solutions that are flexible and agile Competencies required.
