Responsable de la incorporación de Talento a la empresa.
Desarrollar programas de retención.
Organizar, supervisar y evaluar los programas de formación de empleados.
Establecer el plan de sucesión.
Responsable del Onboarding.
Asegura el cumplimiento del programa anual DNC.
Responsable de las Descripciones de puesto.
Ejecuta los planes de encuestas de clima organizacional y los planes de mejora aplicables.
Norma 035 Elaboración de Reportes y seguimiento con KPI´S.
Soporte a proyectos Especiales.
REQUISITOS.
Lic.
Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administración o carrera afín concluida.
5 años de experiencia en el área de Recursos Humanos.
Inglés Conversacional.
Experiencia en Reclutamiento y selección de personal a todos los niveles.
Manejo de sistemas de Recursos Humanos (Workday) Facilidad de palabra y de comunicación a todos los niveles.
