e are seeking a passionate and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for identifying the company's hiring needs, attracting top talent, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a strong emphasis on localizing our workforce and developing Saudi talent.
Key Responsibilities.
Needs Assessment.
ollaborate closely with department managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop accurate job specifications.
alent Attraction.
evelop creative strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various job boards and social media platforms.
uild strong relationships with universities and colleges to encourage recruitment of Saudi graduates.
articipate in job fairs and professional events.
ecruitment Process Management.
ost job advertisements and conduct initial screening of candidates.
valuate candidates and select the most suitable ones for final interviews.
onduct in-person interviews and assessments.
xtend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
ocalization.
evelop training and development programs for Saudi talent.
uild partnerships with training institutions to develop the required competencies.
onitor the performance of new Saudi hires and provide necessary support.
Required Skills and Experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
-2 years of experience in recruitment.
n-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian job market and its specific needs.
xcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
bility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
roficiency in HR software and systems.
trong Arabic and English language skills.
