This role focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and using innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities.
Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various roles and levels.
Knowledge of the company’s industry (e.
., tech, healthcare, finance) to better understand job requirements and talent pools.
Experience hiring for niche or hard-to-fill positions is a plus.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Use ATS platforms to manage candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates.
Act as a consultant to stakeholders, offering market insights and hiring strategies.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives like job fairs or crafting appealing job descriptions.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Talent Management, Business Administration, or similar.
3+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in dynamic environments.
Experience managing recruitment platforms, ATS, and CRMs.
Fluent in English with experience in bilingual screening.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Organized, with a keen focus on selection criteria.
Available to travel.
Based in Monterrey, Nuevo León City.
