What impact you’ll make As a member of the Gas Power Latin America Talent Acquisition team you will provide day-to-day support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience and to assist in expediting the recruiting process.
Job Description What you'll do.
Participate in the recruitment process in order to find the best candidate.
Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events, assessing and managing referral processes.
Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
Special projects or assignments as needed.
Support university recruiting.
What you'll bring (Basic qualifications).
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Graduation date December or later.
Availability to work 40 hours per week Strong verbal and communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
