we are looking for a talented talent acquisition associate to join our team specializing in human resources for our cummins in nuevo leÓn, mÉxico.
in this role, you will make an impact in the following ways.
-operational support to the talent acquisition team, including recruitment reporting, document control and compensation analysis.
-coordination of the hiring process, from bid review to onboarding of new employees.
-logistical management of recruitment initiatives such as apprentice and young talent programs.
-posting advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.
-candidate and hiring leader support.
-assistance in recruiting events.
qualifications to be successful in this role you will need the following.
experience in talent acquisition and knowledge of internal human resources and recruiting policies.
proficiency in ms excel and ms powerpoint for data analysis and reporting.
familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ats) or other hr systems.
english communication skills (oral and written).
