What you’ll do As Software Integration & Release Leader at Vehicle Platform, you will be part of a small, dynamic team jointly leading the software integration and release activities within our unit.
You will be working closely together with departments and software teams across the unit, supporting the teams and coordinating our deliveries.
You will also work in close collaboration with the other units within Engineering, representing Vehicle Platform.
Unit Vehicle Platform develops hardware, software, and mechatronic systems for our cars.
The unit consists of five engineering departments.
Climate, Deceleration & Steering, Painted Body, Side & Roof and Body Control & Road Contact.
We also have two departments supporting the five engineering departments.
Strategy & Program and Operations & Quality.
We develop software both in-house and at suppliers, with a direct impact on customer experience.
We are now looking for an experienced member to our SW Integration & Release team to join us in the Operations & Quality department.
Within the department, you will collaborate with our CI Infrastructure & Test team, including the Triage Team, as well as the Quality team.
As a SW Integration & Release Leader at Vehicle Platform, you will.
Plan and coordinate integration and/or release activities within the Unit Track what is tested, how it is tested, and what the result is Visualize the test and release status vs key deadlines Analyze and address any critical issues or blockers in the product or process, ensuring robust and timely solutions.
Oversee fault slip-through analysis on major blockers to enhance software quality.
Secure that we have the documentation and structure needed for each SW release Represent the Unit in the SW integration & release meetings Ensure that our SW teams are always up to date with the latest information   What you‘ll bring You have a solid background in software development, testing, continuous integration, and a commitment to software quality, with a University Degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience from the automotive industry.
As this is a senior leader role, you need to have experience in leading others and possess great communication skills.
You have a team-oriented approach with a drive to jointly succeed with our deliveries.

You also need to be structured yet flexible and enjoy creating clarity in complex situations.
