Our designers are a clarifying voice — an integrative and ordering force that shapes the stories we tell on the Product Development Operations and Quality Team within Ford's Industrial System.
Using storytelling, design systems, branding, and tone, you will help make our purpose clear and weave a common thread through our work, helping bring the vision of senior leaders and the broader Product Development team to life for both internal and external audiences.

GRAPHIC DESIGN YOU WILL...
se your experience with graphic design, visual arts, and other media to translate highly technical information into a cohesive and compelling story.
nterpret the vision of senior leaders and help communicate their vision across the business.
istill complex topics to their core components and develop engaging and accessible stories that resonate with specific audiences.
uild or build upon content to help us frame our work and stories.
trike a balance between visual and verbal tone, integrating points of view from a multidisciplinary team of creative professionals and subject matter experts in the business.
mbrace complex business challenges while working on a dynamic spectrum of projects.
aintain a collaborative and empathetic mindset to solve problems with teams across Ford.
ssist in developing infographics, charts, and graphs to bring data to life.

UALIFICATIONSBasic Qualifications.
achelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Motion Design/Animation, or New Media.
+ years' Communication Design experience across a breadth of media.
referred Qualifications.
assionate about the automotive and transportation industry.
xtensive experience across a variety of media (print, web) including fluency in the following software.
InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Keynote, Microsoft Office.
Experience with custom video/photography is a plus.
xceptional communication and storytelling skills for a range of stakeholders and objectives.
qually comfortable designing and editing video as a PowerPoint presentation.
omfortable in a creative, fast-paced environment with ambiguity and complexity.
bility to travel monthly.
