s Supplier Quality Engineer you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Engineering Tools \u Process Regional Manager.
our Task will be.
nvestigate quality issues on components reported at the line, supported by QE, IE, PE and materials for correct problem description.
ather information for QN Issue, Support from clerk/inspector.
Supplier site ID, where-used, trace/pattern information, part history (for repeat issues).
roperly word and issue QN, word and issue Lear Alert, contact supplier for notification and containment requirements.
et-up containment where required (Supplier, Plant, Warehouse / DC, customer) at supplier cost/responsibility (Commit supplier, get P.
.).
eview Root Cause with supplier for open QN's.
Ensure proper tools are used for real root cause determination.
ssign Controlled Shipping containment levels 1 and 2 (CS-1 \u CS-II) for repeat occurrences or critical issues.
onsolidate non-conforming material quantities, request RMA's from supplier and manage approvals / returns.
onsolidate quality costs incurred by plant for recovery from supplier.
Analyze plant information, issue chargeback, submit to Finance.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
Years in similar positions within the automotive industry.
ore Tools knowledge.

roficient with Microsoft Office.
