Job Description.
Supplier Quality Assurance specialist  - Grains, Flours & Essentials   The Principal Technician Quality Systems is responsible for managing elements of the quality management system such non-conforming product, traceability and document control for the manufacturing site.
The roles ensures these processes are effective and drives continuous improvement to ensure compliance to Quality Management Process (QMP).
What are we looking for?   Degree in Food Science, Engineering or Chemistry is essential   Knowledge of GMP, Quality and Food Safety Management (FSSC), food safety risk, identification and management, HACCP and prerequisite controls     Competence in SAP Systems   Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment     What will be your key responsibilities?   Ensure key initiatives of Quality and Food Safety agenda are embedded into the factory   Management of the Food Safety Program within the factory   Manage non-conforming product inventory and traceability for product manufactured and co-packed on site ensure timely disposition of hold product (sampling, destruction, release, donation).
Conduct semi-annual site trace and support retrieval exercise   Key user of Nexus system and Atlas/SAP outbound including report generation and knowledge of inbound system.
Back up key user of Atlas/SAP ACR.
Drive continuous improvement in Quality systems (Hold Management, traceability and ISO systems)   Develop and deliver training on Hold Management and traceability programs and best practices.
