Job responsibilities include but not limited to.
· Communicating and training of processes and tools to internal and external customers · Interfacing with Stellantis cross-functional departments regionally and globally · Leading processes and tools improvements · Providing excellent customer service Basic Qualifications.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or closely related field · Fluent in English Language · Minimum of 5 years of Project Management, Purchasing, or closely related relevant experience · Strong verbal and written communication skills o Convey goals, ideas, and issues to team members and all levels of leadership via email, PowerPoint, and oral presentations · Proven Leadership skills o Ability to lead cross-functional teams and take ownership of projects o Motivate and inspire team to be effective and efficient · Soft Skills o Negotiation, listening, and team building o Analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution, and delegation o Organization, time management (self and team), prioritization, · Strong MS Office Suite skills o Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Preferred Qualifications.
