SUB- ASSEMBLY MECHANIC WHAT WILL YOU DO.
Sub Assembly Rebuilding- Ensure availability and readiness of subassemblies to meet preventive & corrective maintenance requirements.
Subassembly Workshop Organization - Ensure workshop equipment are functioning properly, in good working condition and is within calibration date; monitor and maintain all safety equipment and tools.
Ensure full adherence to 5S practices at all times in subassembly workshop.
Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the workshop.
Equipment Maintenance – Diagnosing and rectifying machine faults and inefficiencies; identifying and maintaining key spare parts component.
Perform any other tasks commissioned by the line manager.
Compliance with EHS procedures, labour law, corporate guidance, internal regulations and work performance instructions.
Understand health and safety aspects of their work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep their workplace healthy and safe.
Know Legal and JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards and comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures.
YOU ARE.
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related degree.
Relevant vocational course is also acceptable.
Experienced in fault diagnosis and repair of machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Experienced in food, drink, or tobacco manufacturing.
xperience with equipment maintenance and maintenance management information systems Able to communicate in English.
Knowledgeable in MS Applications.
Amenable to work in shifting schedule.
