We are currently seeking a Study Start Up Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team.
As a Study Start Up Associate I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the initiation of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing Responsible for performing feasibility, site identification, site contract negotiation, and other SSU activities.
Provide country specific SSU expertise to Study Start Up team leads and project teams.
St ay connected with Investigative sites, sponsors and internal personnel regarding the status of contracts and contract-related documents.
P repare and coordinate preparation of contractual documents and correspondence.
Facilitate the indemnification process between Sponsor and site, as required for a given study.
F unction as the internal consultant on study budgets (investigator payments, develop and update training documentation and conduct group training as necessary, mentor and train new and junior personnel in the SSU department, and act as consultant on the Investigator Contract and Budget development process from origination through execution) Your profile A bachelor’s degree or local equivalent and/or appropriate experience from the Medical/science background and/or Finance and Legal fields.
&# years of experience in contract management and negotiation.
Previous experience in CRO Pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
Advanced English level is a must.
