Minimum qualifications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.
Preferred qualifications.
MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Experience with stakeholder management and generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.
.
financial modeling, spreadsheet software, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
