Requerimientos.
We are seeking an experienced SSFF Consultant specializing in the Employee Central module and Recruitment, Learning Management System with minimum basic experience, with optional knowledge in Onboarding 2.
.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing system issues, applying corrections, and implementing minor enhancements.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and experience with ticketing platforms like Snow and Jira is essential.
Responsibilities.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to the Employee Central and Recruitment modules.
Manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow and Jira.
Apply system corrections and implement minor enhancements based on user feedback and system requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
