reate, upgrade and maintain Production/UAT environments for payments products.
nsure uptime of applications as per agreed SLATrouble shoot and fix Production/UAT issues reported by the Client and/or Implementation team within acceptable timelines.
articipate in Disaster recovery exercise as per the schedule.
bility to debug system logs and produce technical solutions associated with data flow or processes involved or performance aspects.
ork closely with the Implementation team to understand the process flow, solution challenges if any and work towards implementing \u supporting a seamless integration between Finastra \u Customer applications.
ork closely with the Implementation \u product teams to explore \u reuse tools/processes for effective delivery of customer requirements.
hould focus towards acquiring adequate understanding of the technical \u functional aspects/flows of the implemented products within short span of time.
e able to effectively participate in project discussions, provide project updates and identify risks with mitigation plans.
e flexible to learn, collaborate \u contribute across teams.
he Required Skills, Knowledge \u ExperienceMust Have.
n-call support on rotation including weekends.
xperienced in application deployment and configuration across multiple platforms such as Linux.
xperience working on LINUX platform and proficient in scripting languages such as Linux shell script \u Ansible.
amiliarity with general monitoring principles, as well as tools such as Site 24 X 7, Grafana, etc.
xperience in different automation concepts (ex.
CI/CD, infra as code) and DevOps tools (ex.
Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, Chef, etc.
).
trong communication skills both written and verbal.
ood to Have.
xperience in cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
amiliarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
nowledge of Java and supporting Java applications.
