The opportunity     The opportunity to organize, monitor, manage and protect your employees' mobile devices.
How you’ll spend your day How you’ll spend your day The role includes the following main responsibilities to support services offered by the Global Messaging Team.
•    Provide support for daily global operational activities related to Messaging platforms, including MS Exchange on-premises, Office 365 email services, and Mobile Device/Application Management (MDM/MAM) services.
•    Perform daily tasks necessary to maintain a stable and robust email service.
•    Provide tier 3 support for Email and Mobile Device/Application Management (MDM/MAM) services.
Your experience and qualifications •    Possess strong expertise in managing both on-premises MS Exchange and Office 365 email services.
•    Having a good knowledge of mobile device management with any MDM platform (such as Microsoft Intune, MobileIron (Ivanti), VMware AirWatch, or any other alternative) is a plus.
•    Demonstrate very good PowerShell scripting skills.
•    Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Have an excellent command of English.
