SR. SOCIAL STRATEGIST

As a Strategist, you will be responsible for providing strategies, frameworks, and analyses (both internal and external) to enhance brand presence across various media platforms.
Your role will involve developing structured solutions and measurable results that apply to your area of expertise.
You will plan and execute best practices in media strategy across multiple accounts, including identifying new business opportunities and upselling strategies for current partners.
Additionally, you will oversee the management, support, and growth of strategy teams within the Excellence Hub, ensuring the provision of high-quality services to multiple teams around the world.
Key Responsibilities.
Media Planning and Execution.
Develop comprehensive media strategies tailored to each account, considering factors such as the consumer journey, audience demographics, and media consumption habits.
Execute media plans effectively across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Media Buying and Negotiation.
Utilize your expertise in media buying to negotiate with vendors and secure optimal placements for advertisements and sponsored content.
Ensure that media buys align with the brand's objectives and budgetary constraints.
Consumer Insights and Journey Mapping.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to gain insights into the target audience's preferences, needs, and decision-making processes.
Use this information to map out the consumer journey and identify key touchpoints for brand interaction.
Performance Analysis and Optimization.
Track and analyze the performance of media campaigns using relevant metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Identify areas for optimization and recommend adjustments to media strategies to improve ROI.
Cross-Team Collaboration.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, advertising, and creative departments to ensure alignment in brand messaging and execution across all media channels.
Provide guidance and support to ensure seamless integration of media strategies with overall brand objectives.
Leadership and Team Development.
Manage and support strategy teams within the Excellence Hub, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and expertise in media strategy.
