PPAP of Harness Industry Level 1, 2 & 3.
Monitoring of ISO System and Internal/External Rejects.
First Piece Release (NPI) – APQP Team Apparatus.
Validation of Visual Aids/PE.
Personnel Management (Auditors, Technicians and Quality Engineers).
Required knowledge.
Proven experience in PPAP and Harness Industry.
Internal Auditor.
External Audits.
Knowledge of ISO System.
Blueprint Reading.
Knowledge in harness manufacturing (Cutting/Riveting/Assembly).
Knowledge in MSA/PFMEA/CP-8D/5W Manufacturing.
Teamwork, Results Oriented.
