s Senior Project Manager, you will.
artner with product, engineering, and UX teams supporting the LegalTech portfolio to deliver successful project outcomes by creating, managing, and driving project deliverables.
ollaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and drive clear and consistent customer migration plans to future state platforms.
nticipate upcoming challenges based on project knowledge and lead decisive plans to resolve blockers and prevent impediments to progress.
nterface with key stakeholders across many business areas to ensure effective execution.
rive timelines with actionable remediation plans including ownership of critical issues demanding immediate attention for positive customer experiences.
ead cross-functional teams and individual responsibilities while providing project leadership, work direction, and feedback to the teams.
nfluence the work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met and drive transparent communications on status with key stakeholders across the business.
dentify, assess, and independently mitigate risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
mplement and own effective communication plans and operating rhythms, helping teams to develop metrics that drive continuous improvement.
anage and report on the delivery of roadmap commitments across product lines including active participation in high-level estimating, scoping, and planning.
ntroduce industry best practices to streamline project management processes and drive team adoption.
dopt and drive innovative and automated solutions for reporting, recurring planning, and activity management.
ead Change management efforts required to deliver on critical customer migration activities.
eact immediately to critical customer issues, lead resolution decisions and drive to completion.
