In this role, you will lead the product development efforts for a set of Private Brands products and will be responsible for.
· Creating a data-driven long-term roadmap for our brands.
· Identifying new product development opportunities for our brands.
· Developing and bringing to market new products.
· Coordinating product development across international, cross-functional teams.
· Managing an existing business which is growing exponentially.
· Designing and implementing new processes to help scale our business.
· Leads, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of business functions of the assigned product category.
· Possesses a broad operations background and has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and jump in and drive resolution.
· Is capable of taking accountability and driving planning, resolution and execution.
· Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and go-live.
· Monitors and reports on the progress of all activity within the product area including milestones and conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience as a product manager or owner - Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required plus at least 8+ years of professional background - Fluent in both, English and Spanish PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders - Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
