This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network.
e are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Engineer to join our engineering department.
The Senior Engineer will be responsible for leading and overseeing various engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior engineers.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
ey ResponsibilitiesProvides day-to-day problem-solving support to production, development and research operations.
roubleshoots material, process and equipment issues, identifies root cause and implements corrective action.
aily monitor of metrics, identifying special and common causes.
reate and update manufacturing procedures to maximize process efficiency.
ead and be team member of manufacturing cost reduction and product/process improvement DMAIC projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
upports new product introductions through equipment installation, process certification, documentation, and training.
ssures safety of operators and equipment and complies with safety and environmental regulations.
rovide guidance to technicians.
stimate production times, personnel requirements, and related costs to provide information to drive management decisions.
rovide technical expertise and guidance to the team, assisting them in resolving complex technical issues and ensuring high-quality outputs.
xperiences/Education - RequiredMechatronics, Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent combination of engineering degree.
+ years engineering experience.
ilingual (very fluent in English).
bility to identify potential process problems and implement effective solutions.
xperience applying statistical tools.
emonstrates methodical analytical skills.
bility to effectively communicate at different organizational levels.
bility to coordinate a group of individuals from external departments to fix an issue.
nowledge of cable manufacturing process and equipment.
