*support and lead npi.
*support six sigma and lean manufacturing initiatives.
*provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes and product testing.
*lead or support manufacturing engineering projects involving specification development, supplier management, procurement, installation, and qualification of manufacturing equipment.
*develop procedures and work instructions to document processes.
*maintain the company's layout up to date.
*monitor metrics such as scrap and productivity to ensure optimal process performance.
*follow up on and complete corrective actions assigned in a timely manner.
*support other departments in resolving manufacturability issues.
*participate in internal audits as required.
*ensure all facility processes are safe, can produce quality parts, and meet cost targets.
