What You Will Do • Responsible for developing strategies to ensure the achievement of the objectives.
• Responsible for corrective maintenance technicians results as maintenance downtime, mean time to repair and mean time between failures.
• Responsible for complying safety rules.
• Responsible for developing problem solving due critical and chronics issues coming back to the original standard the equipment and machinery as well as applying improvement in these.
• Responsible for managing Preventive Maintenance System.
• Responsible for developing and updating troubleshooting matrix and lessons learned.
• Responsible for giving technical support when this is requested due an abnormality in the process production where the technicians are taking more time as well as offer support when they requested it.
• Responsible for developing glide path graphics to work with clear & consistent direction.
• Responsible for keeping maintenance area and production lines under a standard 5S.
• Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
• Ensure compliance with the performance of the management system ISO & ISO What You Need • Formal training in TPM, Kaizen and other lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
Five years working in maintenance area.
• English level 70% • Leadership, Change Orientation, Collaboration, Judgment, Result Driven, Teamwork and respect.
• Conflict management.
• Technical knowledge in electrical control, electronics, PLCs Omron and allen Bradley, Lab view, mechanic and pneumatic.
• Analytical.
• Problem solving skills (decision making) • Communication skills according the position.
• Customer specific requirements (applicable) What is Nice to Have • Communication Skills • Experience in automotive gyration in assembly lines • Experience working with electronics tester.
• Experience working with Tools Screwdriver Brand Desoutter.
• Knowledge in programming languages, Visual Basic, Language C.
