About the Team The IGIU Cross Solutions Team, part of the Product Development group, is dedicated tointegrate Oracle Energy and Water solutions with other Oracle and the third-party applications.
Youwill be working as a member of the integration team architecting and building integrations for Oracleusing (OracleIntegration Cloud).
We are looking for a bright individual with strong analytical and technical skills, eager to learnnew technologies and the latest SaaS integrated solutions.
As part of theCros Development team, you will.
Design, develop and maintain test cases Execute functionaland technical testing Develop automated test suite.
Key Responsibilities.
Diagnose and Resolve Issues.
Triage complex bugs, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth functionality.
Mentorship.
Guide and support other team engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Bug Management.
Categorize, prioritize, and address bugs efficiently.
Solution Development.
Provide and implement solutions through.
System configuration Data corrections Workarounds Minor code changes Documentation.
Accurately document bugs and service requests, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Customer Communication.
Maintain clear and precise communication with customers, delivering timely updates.
Knowledge Sharing.
Develop knowledge base articles for customers and the Support team to facilitate issue resolution and improve overall efficiency.
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, or equivalent4+ experiencedevelopingand/or testingweb-basedapplications, webservices orintegrations.
xperience in developmentautomated test scripts from provided functional and technicaldesignsHands on experience withAPIs andintegration platforms (SOAP and RESTful webservices, XML, JSON)Understanding of SaaS integration technology (Oracle Integration Cloud or similar)Working experience in development tools such as Jira, Git, Selenium.
