About the role Description Responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing high-impact visual designs across multiple platforms and mediums, from initial concept to final delivery.
Consistently applies creative problem-solving, artistic vision, and technical proficiency to produce innovative designs that meet client objectives and elevate brand identity.
Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity throughout project lifecycles.
Provides mentorship and guidance to junior designers, while keeping internal stakeholders informed of project progress and design trends.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, as this role requires regular interaction with international team members and clients.
Key responsibilities  Create high-level conceptual designs and creative concepts for various projects ·â€ƒâ€ƒCollaborate with marketing and other design team members to discuss and develop projects ·â€ƒâ€ƒInterpret briefs and develop designs from concept to final graphics ·â€ƒâ€ƒEnsure layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project objectives ·â€ƒâ€ƒUtilize appropriate design software to create compelling visual solutions ·â€ƒâ€ƒConsistently uphold and apply brand and style guidelines across all projects ·â€ƒâ€ƒProvide guidance and constructive feedback to junior design team members ·â€ƒâ€ƒManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines efficiently Qualifications and skills ·â€ƒâ€ƒBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field ·â€ƒâ€ƒMinimum of 6 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience is a plus) ·â€ƒâ€ƒExcellent communication skills in both English and Spanish ·â€ƒâ€ƒProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) ·â€ƒâ€ƒStrong creative and layout skills, with expert knowledge in typography, image selection, and color theory ·â€ƒâ€ƒAbility to create innovative and high-level conceptual designs ·â€ƒâ€ƒExperience with various graphic outputs including print, digital, and environmental design ·â€ƒâ€ƒStrong problem-solving and organizational skills ·â€ƒâ€ƒAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities ·â€ƒâ€ƒSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team ·â€ƒâ€ƒStrong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software ·â€ƒâ€ƒExperience with project management tools (e.
