OB SUMMARY.
he Sr Commercial Administration Analyst will support to manage all control and administrative activities related to commercial energy in Mexico.
he position is based in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
EY RESPONSIBILITIES.
evelop and build relationships with off-takers to establish new contracts and manage current ones, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions agreed in the contracts.
nsure that off-takers and interested parties adhere to and understand contractual obligations and also determine when processes violate regulations.
They assess risks and make recommendations based on analysis of all factors affecting a business situation.
nsure compliance with the Company's internal policies and procedures.
evelop and carry out any function or activity that the business or management of the company requires in the field of commercial functions.
ommercial management of collectionsNegotiation and execution of contractual modifications.
ommercial analysis on the electricity market, potential customers, and market competition.
nalysis and projection of electricity rates of CFE, MEMAnalysis and projection of natural gas pricesAdministration of financial instruments related to electricity supply contractsRegulatory analysisQUALIFICATION AND SKILLS.
ngineering degree or Business AdministrationAt least 5 years of experience in relevant position for energy sector or senior commercial position.
