We are seeking a talented and motivated analyst to be part of the Data, Analytics & Martech team, who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our clients' marketing area to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that directly contribute to their strategic decision-making.

Classify, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to digital marketing, content, social listening, advertising, consumer behavior, and advertising expenses.
Conduct ad hoc data analysis to provide timely and practical recommendations based on the results of executed actions.
Stay up-to-date on the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis within the marketing ecosystem.
Generate quantitative analysis focused on marketing research.
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data, identifying trends, competitors, consumer sentiments, and insights that are relevant to the brand, industry, and target audience.
Monitor online conversations and analyze sentiments.
Develop quantitative research for brand understanding, product, competition, and audiences.
Combine reporting methodologies, search, listening, and market studies for the development of campaign strategies.
Establish KPIs, benchmarks, and objectives to measure the effectiveness and impact of our clients' marketing initiatives.
Design research projects through quantitative methodologies (surveys, A/B testing, quantitative content analysis).
Monitor research projects, as well as develop final reports.
Identify issues extracted from data analysis.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including internal stakeholders and clients to align data analysis and research activities with the client's strategic objectives.

4+ Years of proven experience in Digital Marketing data analysis, advertising, and related fields.
Minimum undergraduate degree.
Experience with social listening tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, etc.
Understanding and interest in Digital Marketing, Content, Advertising, consumer behavior in the media, and global economic trends.
Advanced level of Excel.
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
Experience with visualization tools.
Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI.
Basic SQL queries, data cleaning conditions, and processes.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong critical and strategic thinking abilities, anticipate potential challenges, and devise proactive solutions, high attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, adapting strategies and recommendations based on changing market conditions.
Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies.
Experience in creating executive summaries and high-impact presentations.
Creation of structured questionnaires Proficiency in social media ETL platforms (emplifi, semrush, supermetrics, dataslayer) is a plus! Experience with Google BigQuery, MySQL, etc is a plus! Use/management of APIs for ETLs (basic) is a plus!   #LI-Hybrid Are you ready?
