About the Job We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our retail operations with a focus on SAP Materials Management (MM) and/or Sales & Distribution (SD).
The ideal candidate will work closely with the business to understand retail-specific requirements, document them, and collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
While experience in SAP Retail is preferred, it is not mandatory.
The role will also involve participating in business cutover, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.
Engage with retail business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements related to SAP MM/SD processes.
Partner with functional and technical consultants to design and deliver SAP solutions that support retail operations.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and ensure alignment with IT and business teams.
Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Assist in business cutover activities, ensuring a seamless transition to new systems and processes.
Provide training to end-users on new functionalities and help in developing training materials.
Troubleshoot post-go-live issues and provide ongoing support to business users.
About You Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in SAP MM/SD modules.
Experience working on retail-related projects, preferably in the apparel industry.
Familiarity with SAP Retail is a plus but not mandatory.
Proven track record in documenting business requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and leading testing and cutover activities.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams.
Strong Microsoft, excel, word and power point skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills.
SAP Retail experience is preferred.
Knowledge of other SAP modules such as FICO is a plus.
SAP Implementation/roll out experience.
Experience of providing L3 support in SAP Retail/MM/SD.
