Job Overview TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies.
They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.
What your background should look like.
ACTIVITIES.
-Follow-up and support to the compliance of lean manufacturing tools.
-Daily metrics analysis for the implementation of new projects.
-Implement and support the transformation within the assigned value stream as well as support in the rest of the value streams.
-Evaluate and record savings projects linked to kaizen.
-Follow up on continuous improvement projects.
-Verify compliance with lean manufacturing tools.
-Leading and monitoring of savings projects linked to kaizen.
-Training and choaching in the different lean manufacturing tools REQUIREMENTS.
- 5 years of experience in similar positions - Industrial Engineer / Engineering - Black Belt Certification - Kanban Implementations - Ergonomics knowledge is a + - Financial knowledge - Proficiency in AutoCAD - or similar (intermediate) - SAP would be a plus - Advanced English Competencies Values.
