SR. ANALYST SAP HANA (TEMPORARY)

This Analyst is responsible for developing a sound knowledge for researching, planning, coordinating, and recommending strategy, software, and system choices to organization’s financial business needs.
This executive understands problems and opportunities in the context of financial requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals through automations.
Key Responsibilities.
The Analyst is an internal consultancy role responsible for investigating processes and strategy while identifying options for improving and bridging the needs of the business with the use of Information Systems and Technology    The Analyst role is to liaise with the internal departments and the providers of services to the enterprise, as well as potentially guide/manage other analysts in this capacity.
The Analyst must understand, interpret, and suggest resolution to technical issues and of homologation and communicate these issues effectively to management and partners.
Improve the quality of life of financials in what is within their reach through automation and homologations.
As necessary, perform any other relevant duties to aid in the success of the organization.
Qualifications.
University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Knowledge to elaborate and analyze the production cost.
Able to understand accounting systems.
Able to understand financial operational processes.
Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies and automation.
Ability to multi-task and work independently, be highly motivated and a self-starter.
Must have good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Critical thinking; Independent thinker.
Analytical skills and ability to research and find solutions.
Language.
Proficiency in English at a minimum intermediate level.
Computer Skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access SAP HANA knowledge.
General Ledger system experience.
Tableau, Power BI, Winshuttle is desirable.
Capable of traveling.
Occasionally travels may be requested.
