Accounting and Audit Analyst Our Client.
Global technology and industrial solutions company.
Summary.
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial activities supervising intercompany transactions and local financial studies..
Support internal and external audits as well as month-end closing procedures, annual financial reporting and tax filings.
Responsibilities.
Oversee the quality and timely delivery of month-end closing procedures (US GAAP, Mexican GAAP), annual financial reports, and trial balances with supporting documentation for tax filings.
Collaborate with the Tax Specialist to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting and tax reports.
Conduct timely and accurate reviews of balance sheet reconciliations, adhering to company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal and external control audit teams.
Supervise intercompany transactions and guarantee their proper execution.
Oversee and ensure the completion of all required local financial studies (Transfer Pricing, Pension Plan, Social Security, etc.).
Monitor and review accounting and tax reports for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (minimum).
Master's degree in Finance or MBA (desired).
At least 3 years of experience in a similar financial analyst role Proficiency in English (mid-advance level) and Spanish (native) Skills and Competencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with accounting software (e.
., Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
