Within this role, the Application Developer will assist with customers' needs, specifically in designing, documenting, testing, and developing software applications as required, according to installation standards, procedures, and conventions, to deliver solutions which meet business requirements.
The Developer will also serve as a liaison between the Business and IT in providing solutions to their business application needs and will understand customers’ objectives, processes, as well as the business systems capabilities to formulate, define, document and implement systems scope and objectives in order to develop and provide application solutions.

What you'll be doing Participate in and contribute to small & medium size projects, perform work you're doing, demonstrate basic business knowledge, resolve complex problems, receive moderate direction, and possess basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Design, develop, test, debug, and document development activities following SDLC processes, application processes and quality validation (when appropriate) for small to medium database application development projects.
Assist in developing detailed specifications.
Develop and complete test plans, prepare and document test data for testing.
Develop problem-solving skills to assist in resolution of business problems.
Develop an understanding of business procedures.
Develop analytic skills to identify solutions to problems and trend and find opportunities.
Develop relationships with businesses and functions to understand their needs.
Continue to develop business or functional knowledge by responding to and resolving user questions, problems and inquiries.
Work with the business or function to assist in the discussion of proposed solutions and define user requirements.
Troubleshoot program code, related objects, and documentation to resolve application issues.
Prepare development duration estimates.
What you'll bring A minimum of 3-5 years advanced database application development using Microsoft SQL Server and C# within a.
ET Framework.
Net Core o React JS (Basic – As a Plus) o jQuery o Power BI / Tableau (A Plus) o Experience in creation of system documentation including user requirements as well as technical specifications.
Ability to meet expected deadlines.
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills and strong in Documentation.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Skilled at collaborating with business collaborators.
Experience with Microsoft O365 o Knowledge of software design and programming principles o Experience working in an Agile methodology environment a plus.
