This is an exciting and dynamic face to face solution consultant role; working with our ON!Track and Fleet asset management software.
This role will see you penetrate existing accounts and acquiring new business within your territory.
You will train the salesforce, support the sales process and Fleet Management (tool park management solution) and implement the solutions at the customers’ side.
This includes consulting and training our customers and users.

• Well-equipped as the expert of ON!Track service and Fleet Management to understand software & hardware requirement, conduct initial assessment of customer office & warehouse setting, pitch to customers of all levels with the asset management analysis and capable to guide internal sales team in the 8-step journey from raising the top management level’s interest to customer care phase • Work closely with sales, sales manager, Implementation & Care Specialist (ICS) and service manager to define a list of potential customers for ON!Track and Fleet management service by leveraging existing customer relationship.
• Lead the end-to-end selling cycle of ON!Track service and Fleet Management from customer acquisition, service implementation and retaining the customers as well as training to customers • Continue the momentum in driving ON!Track service after initial success to ensure we achieve long term and sustainable growth by going beyond the current customer pool 93% of our people say they’re proud to work for Hilti, thanks to the quality of our products and the way we look after our people.

• Demonstrated work experience in solution and consultative selling especially in asset management Service, with proven tangible end result.
• Capable in working in cross-functional team environment (eg.
Sales, marketing, external vendor) • Highly proficient in both written and verbal English • Highly motivated, self-starter; capable of working independently • Ability to develop a systematic analysis report and present it professionally to the top management level • A great communication skills with the customers especially to High-level Management Team We have an excellent mix of people, which we believe makes for a more vibrant, more innovative, more productive team.
