Our PLM Digital department is at the forefront of this mission, driving digital transformation and delivering on our roadmap to enhance how we manage our cars throughout the entire lifecycle.
We are seeking a hands-on, highly motivated Solution Architect that considers herself as a doer to join our PLM Digital department.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing PLM solutions that align with our business goals and technical requirements.
You will report to our department head and work together with the teams and other architects to turn our bold ambitions into a reality that makes the change for our company and gives our users a happy surprise every day! Key Responsibilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and design solutions that lifts our PLM landscape to next level.
- Provide technical leadership for evolving architectural capabilities of the entire solution.
- Define systems and their interfaces, help allocate responsibilities, and understand solution deployment.
- Establish non-functional requirements at the solution level and participate in the definition of others.
- Operate within financial boundaries to validate the impact of design decisions.
- Work with portfolio stakeholders, particularly the leadership team and the architect community, to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of solution epics.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms like Azure and AWS.
- Experience in data management and analytics.
- Project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team of developers or engineers effectively.
Preferred Qualifications.
-   Hands-on experience how a manufacturing company works with PLM and PLM platforms - Certification in SAFe® for Architects or similar.
- Automotive domain experience Personal Qualities.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Seeks simplicity and with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creating clarity by communication making the complexity of technical details into stories.
- Loves to work collaboratively in a team environment.
