We are currently seeking a Solution Architect- Automation to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
In the role of Solutions Architect, you are responsible for working with internal business customers, Product Managers/Owners, systems analysts, and other key stakeholders in requirements gathering and reviews.
You will analyze and translate business, information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve business objectives.
You will develop enterprise level solutions that integrate across applications, systems and platforms.
Key Areas of Responsibility     •    Understand, advocate and augment the principles of information technology strategies.
•    Work with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent, and the solution intent information models and documentation requirements  •    Expert knowledge on how to architect and deploy secure and robust applications on cloud technologies  •    Work closely with enterprise architects on developing cloud modernization strategy that aligns with organization business and cloud strategy.
•    Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution and exploration of solution alternatives  •    Analyze the IT environment to detect critical deficiencies, and recommend solutions for improvement (run, grow and transform the business across systems of record, differentiation and innovation).
•    Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision to help ensure the system of solution under development is fit for its intended purpose.
•    Describe the solution context and solution intent, analyze technical trade-offs, determine the primary components and subsystems, identify the interfaces and collaborations between them, define non-functional requirements, and work with the product team to help ensure fitness for purpose.
•    Develop road map of the evolution of the application portfolio from current to future state.
•    Provide technical leadership for the evolving architectural capabilities of the entire solution as part of product and project delivery.
•    Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards, as well as the design of standard software configurations.
•    Work closely with the project or product teams to ensure execution of plans.
Professional Qualifications & Experience  •    5+ years’ experience as a Solutions Architect with strong experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.
•    Detailed understanding of network, data, security and application architecture, and the associated best practices and technology.
•    Enterprise-scale technical experience with public and private cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management required •    Experience  in providing solutions using MS Power Platform •    Experience in providing architecture considering dynamically scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and reliable applications on Cloud •    Experience in analyzing business requirements along with government regulations to develop a conceptual network design  •    Experience on architecting solutions related to IoT deployment / micro-segmentation  •    Good understanding of network devices, security and capabilities from industry leading vendors  •    Experience with Lean Portfolio Management facilitation at the program, portfolio and executive-level  •    Expert in technologies, Client-Servers and Database related mission-critical business projects  •    Mentor and provide knowledge training to team members, report design best practices, coding standards, etc.
•    Must have significant experience in the application and data architecture domains.
•    Extensive experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments.
•    Leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills required, collaborative style with the ability to influence.
•    Ability to effectively communicate abstract concepts and technical information to both non-technical and technical staff  •    A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
•    A passion for the user experience and their success.
•    Flexible by nature, able to find a work-around when needed.
