SOLUTION ARCHITECT

This role focuses on identifying client needs, crafting solution proposals, and presenting security solutions in accessible terms.
Additionally, the Solution Architect will support the technical implementation and maintenance of the client's portfolio of technological controls.
Key Responsibilities.
Pre-sales and post-sales support for Optimiti's technological controls portfolio.
Implementation, configuration, and level 2 support for controls within Optimiti's portfolio.
Coordinate monitoring engineers for timely delivery of project reports.
Develop proof of concept (PoC) from scope definition to results presentation.
Design security architectures and propose solutions for prospects and clients.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technological services as per project requirements.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, implement security measures, and monitor systems for threats.
Coordinate and execute incident response plans during cybersecurity attacks.
Perform security audits and develop security policies to safeguard systems and data.
Stay updated on current cybersecurity threats and adapt security strategies.
Provide training and awareness on security best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies.
Expertise in Information Security Controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, encryption, etc.).
Proficient in Network Architecture design and implementation.
Experience with vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and incident management.
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
Fluency in English (preferred).
Desired Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.
Certifications.
Security+, ITIL v4, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
