SMT Equipment Engineer BASIC DUTIES.
· Equipment troubleshooting.
· Failure cause analysis level, countermeasure formulation and implementation.
· Establishment of maintenance report database.
· Contact with external equipment manufacturers and follow up on progress.
· Equipment improvement project leadership and related SOP formulation.
· Alternative search, development, testing and evaluation.
· Development and implementation of maintenance plans.
· Implementation of fixed asset inventory plan.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED.
1.
College degree in electronics, mechatronics, mechanical, electricity or any other specialty related to equipment maintenance.
2.
Experience in SMT equipment maintenance (NPM, Glue dispenser, reflux oven, AOI, SPI, conveyor, laser printing, solder paste printer).
3.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
4.
Familiar with the use of quality control tools and methods.
5.
Proficient in using office software.
6.
Cheerful personality, strong stability & pressure resistance.
7.
More than half a year in related work, good command of English.
OTHERS IMPORTANTS FACTORS.
· English 85%.
Or above.
· Basic course of ISO , QC system, CSR & special features; IATF , ESD, capable of writing 8D, MSA, APQP, PPAP, CP, SPC, FMEA.
