You’ll leverage strategic analysis, process optimization, and leadership to enhance merchant engagement, loyalty, and success.
**What You’ll Do** - Develop and own a roadmap of initiatives to increase engagement, loyalty, and growth for new and mature SMB merchants.
- Lead churn management as the primary point of contact, overseeing the entire process end-to-end.
- Analyze churn trends and identify drivers to implement effective strategies, reducing the overall churn rate.
- Optimize merchant journeys by addressing friction points to improve performance.
- Define and oversee the lifecycle of newly onboarded merchants, including actions, incentives, processes, and governance.
- Monitor early-stage accounts, tracking operational performance trends to ensure success.
- Design scalable solutions to drive growth and maximize the performance of newly acquired SMBs across Mexico.
- Develop and optimize processes to support SMB operations and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, sales, and Territory teams to support long-term growth.
- Manage and mentor 2 direct reports.
**What You’ll Need** - 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, tech operations, business consulting, or online food delivery.
- Proficiency in data-driven problem-solving and strategic thinking, with experience addressing complex analytical challenges.
- Proven ability to execute in fast-paced environments.
- Strong commercial business acumen, with familiarity in Mexico's tech, restaurant industry, or SMB sectors.
- Excellent project implementation and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, organized, and innovative mindset.
- Experience processing high volumes of data.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Professional proficiency in English.
**Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with SQL or similar programming languages.
- Background in restaurant engagement and/or growth strategies, particularly with high-volume SMBs in fast-paced settings.
- Experience managing people.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
