About the role Key responsibilities Main areas of responsibility.
Manage day-to-day health, security, and performance of a global windows server hybrid environment Optimize server performance and storage to scale with growth of the infrastructure environment.
Troubleshoot on an enterprise level infrastructure, solving business impacting issues and day to day incidents.
Management, Administration of a multi-datacentre multi platform environment (VMware vSphere 7.
, Azure) Microsoft Windows Server, including.
Windows Manage day-to-day health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance in our Citrix Cloud environment.
Qualifications and skills Technical Background.
·ââEngineering experience at an entreprise level in the following disciplines, VMware, Windows, Azure, citrix.
·ââCandidates must come from an IT Infrastructure background, and have past experience and a sound grasp of working all the activities associated with IT development i.
.
analysis, design, testing, change management etc ·ââAbility to provide effective technical advice in large scale ICT projects ·ââServe as the technical expert for implementation of application and enterprise solutions within the infrastructure space ·ââStrong communication skills co-ordinating with both internal and external teams.
We are looking for proven experience in the following areas.
·ââMinimum 3 years experience in Microsoft Azure ·ââExperience in administrating enterprise level Citrix environments (XenApp, Netscaler VDI, citrix as a service).
Citrix certification would be an advantage.
Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial.
·ââAdvanced knowledge designing, supporting, and upgrading Active Directory environments (LDAP,PKI, DNS,PAM, LAPS etc) ·ââstoring o365 knowledge for day to day management at global admin level and experience technically leading business mail migration projectsââ ·ââStrong technical skills in IAM - ADFS, SSO, MFA
