SENIOR UX/UI DESIGN SPECIALIST

At Tropical Incentives DMC, we are seeking a Senior UX/UI Design Specialist who will play a
crucial role in redefining our digital presence. This position will be responsible for
redesigning our existing websites and creating new pages, ensuring an intuitive and
engaging user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on both aesthetics
and functionality, combining creativity with technical skills to deliver high-quality digital
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Redesign current websites and create new pages according to company
requirements.
● Ensure all design elements meet UX/UI standards and best practices.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective designs.
● Meet project deadlines consistently.
● Utilize tools like Figma for design and WordPress for implementation.
● Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimizations to enhance user experience.
● Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve usability and
conversion.
● Stay updated with current trends and technologies in UX/UI design.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or 6-8 years of relevant
experience.
● Proven experience in UX/UI design, including digital analytics and A/B testing.
● Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
● Experience using and managing WordPress.
● Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Experience with digital content management and content management systems.
● Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or other photo editing software.
