he HCM design team is responsible for the design of Oracle’sHCM cloud applications.
We are looking for multi-faceted Product Designers to design resourceful interactions, high-quality visuals and engaging experiences based on a deep understanding of our users & customers, and the complexity of their needs, tasks and objectives.

ou will be designing solutions from concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to detailed, visually polished, and scalable experiences, ready for implementation.
Incorporate feedback quickly and adapt to changes in business requirements and timelines without compromising quality.
Leverage the existing design style guide and system, templates, and components where possible - create new patterns and experiences where needed.

What you’ll bring Validated experience in UX or product design BS or MS degree relevant to product design or a validated track record in a relevant discipline Portfolio demonstrating sensible and appealing user-centered designs for products, applications and/or services.
Experience in shipping (SaaS) applications is a plus.

Career Level - IC3 As a member of the User Experience team, you will develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems.
May develop user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation and task and objective analyses.
Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems including tactile methods, visual graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction.
May assist in developing design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations.
May produce specifications describing user needs and internal structures for product in development.
